Single treatments and block bookings to be paid in full through bank transfer 24 hours before the appointment.
I have a strict cancellation policy of 24 hours notice required (by text, call or email). Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged full price.
Your information is held securely on a UK GDPR-compliant system for a period of 8 years after the date of your last treatment
I am fully vaccinated against Covid -19.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill, providing as much notice as possible.
I am able to offer follow up appointments using video consultation. This can come in handy if you are feeling slightly off colour but would still like the appointment to go ahead or if you would prefer to keep face to face contact in your home at a minimum. If this is something you wish to do, please have a chat to me about it.
